
Eating healthy shouldn’t be confusing or bland. I know the stress of learning WHAT and HOW to “eat right”. You don’t want to spend years, like I did, learning simple, effective ways to prepare meals that taste amazing, don’t require some unknown ingredient or keep you hungry for all the wrong foods.
If you are like me, your first motivation might be to lose weight, that’s how it often is for many people. What actually happened was—I learned how to gain health. When my focus changed, the pounds came off as a natural process of choosing the healthiest options.
Day-by-day, one little choice after another, one new good habit picked up, one bad habit let go of - change started to happen. I knew what it felt like to be overweight, lethargic, fatigued, unmotivated and pre-diabetic. And it wasn’t good! I never want to go back there, EVER.
Fifteen years have now passed, and the principles, foods and habits that developed in those early years are a natural part of my every day. You can have that too. If I can do it - I know you can too! As your Kitchen Mentor I cut through the noise to save you time - finding solutions for you that are practical for real life - your life!

Now in my seventies, taking no prescription medications and only minimal supplements, healthy food and lifestyle choices keep me feeling younger than I did in my fifties.
